Colton man shot dead in apparent road rage incident in San Bernardino



A shooter apparently motivated by road rage killed a 21-year-old man on Friday evening in San Bernardino, authorities said.

Officers were responding to reports of a shooting about 7:30 p.m. in the 200 block of East Hospitality Lane, a commercial area of San Bernardino, where they found the 21-year-old with multiple gunshot wounds, San Bernardino police said in a news release.

Authorities identified the victim as Travis Bradell Warren, 21, of Colton, who was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

“The motive for the shooting appears to be road rage,” police wrote in their statement, but did not give further details on the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
